Description

Today's episode is about the power of pain!  We will talk to Dr. Andrea Moore about how to manage chronic pain and use it to your best advantage. Dr. Andrea Moore is a mom, a wife and a recovering health perfectionist.  Her entire career path has been based on trying to fix everything that seemed wrong with her.  She has dealt with chronic pain, post-concussive syndrome, anxiety, depression, ADD...and more – all by the age of 26.

It took her becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, Nutritional Therapist, a Life Coach & a multitude of other trainings to finally feel healthy & confident in her body.



She now helps other overwhelmed women suffering from chronic pain to achieve a healthy lifestyle that feels like part of who they are & and runs (relatively!) smoothly in the background of their life, while focusing on the things that matter: family, friends & finding joy in life through different passions.
