If you are given a chance to go back and relive your teenage years, is there anything you would change?
In this episode, we go back in time and visit our high school selves. We take turns sitting down and writing heartfelt letters to ourselves in the past — reflecting on what we have experienced and learned in the last decade. We take a trip down memory lane of our deepest troubles in high school and dig deep to connect the events and choices that have shaped us into who we are today. This episode is filled with funny moments on regrettable clothing choices and makeup trial and error, but also vulnerable emotions of being afraid of indifference and doubts of not knowing how to break out of our shell. Through reading these letters out loud, we find a therapeutic and enlightening experience that we can’t wait to share with you! We invite you to join us as we discuss how we have changed, if we have any regrets, and advice for anyone who is going through similar struggles today.
