What is commonly known as the Uyghur genocide is the ongoing series of human rights abuses perpetrated by the government of China against the Uyghur people and other ethnic and religious minorities in and around the region of Xinjiang. In this episode Dell speaks to John Parker of The Economist and Megha Rajagopalan from Buzzfeed News. Both John and Megha have conducted extensive research into the ongoing situation in Xinjiang and Dell attempts to pick their brains in attempt to understand what is really going on in China and the treatment of the Uyghur people.
