📒Let's talk today about Anxiety vs. Fear
📒What is the difference between these two sensations, how can you identify the common paterns and help yourself and the others.

⏩Case 1. Jenny is a great mother and has a good job, but she worries continuously about everything regarding her family and her job performance➡️Anxiety (continuous danger perception) involving negative mood, continuous worrying behavior and state of tension
⏩Case 2 Jenny is driving and sees a truck cutting her way, she instantly gets the feeling of immediate danger and reacts by pressing the breaks and avoiding collision ➡️Fear (instant basic danger perception) which trigers faster reaction; involves activation of "fight -or -flight" response of the nervous system
☕Advice:
🔆Distinguish between Anxiety (irrational fear) and Fear
🔆Find the help you need at early stage when you are dealing with anxiety, as ignoring the signs will lead to chronic anxiety disorders
🔆Start to talk about it, find help, talk with a therapist, be open to fix it in time
