In this episode I share 12 tools and techniques to support and balance your energetic body, and understanding energy healing and all the ways we can connect. I believe the majority of where we manifest from is our soul and spirit or energy. Trying out different tools and techniques and finding what resonates best with you can be key to maintaining a balanced energetic body.
My top tools/techniques:
- Meditation: Regular meditation can help calm the mind and balance your energy. Techniques such as mindfulness meditation, guided visualization, and chakra meditation are particularly effective.
- Yoga: Practicing yoga helps align the body, mind, and spirit. Different yoga poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation can balance energy flow.
- Reiki: This energy healing practice involves a practitioner channeling healing energy into your body to promote balance and well-being.
- Acupuncture and Acupressure: These traditional Chinese medicine techniques involve stimulating specific points on the body to balance the flow of energy.
- Sound Therapy: Using instruments like singing bowls, tuning forks, or even your voice can help balance your energetic body through vibration and sound frequencies.
- Crystals and Gemstones: Certain crystals are believed to have healing properties that can help balance your energy. Commonly used crystals include amethyst, rose quartz, and clear quartz.
- Grounding: Connecting with the earth, either by walking barefoot on natural surfaces or engaging in activities that make you feel connected to nature, can help balance your energy.
- Aromatherapy: Using essential oils, either through diffusers, topical application, or inhalation, can help to balance your energy. Lavender, frankincense, and eucalyptus are popular choices.
