It's Christmastime! Happy holidays to everyone out there! This week we bring you back to the origins of some of the pagan precursors to Christmas, such as Saturnalia and Yule. The traditions from these festivals can still be seen in modern day Christmas, along with the iconography of Saint Nicholas - the man who eventually became Santa Claus. But with the good usually comes the bad, and in this case it comes in the form of holiday monsters like Krampus and Belsnickel!
