5 Unseen Questions
All live!
Hans questions were:
How would you define successful change in the context of your work?
What are some of the most common barriers to change that you’ve seen?
What approach do you take when you encounter resistance to change in a client?
How do you approach helping someone to identify the change that they want to make?
What is your approach to working with someone who has experienced unexpected change?
My guest for this episode is Han Newman of 'Newman Sport Psychology'
Their research focuses on sport, exercise, and physical activity for marginalised populations - including, but not limited to, gender-diverse people and people with disabilities.
Projects that Han has worked on have included: promoting physical activity in Thalidomide survivors, body image in retired elite athletes, and an evaluation of Limitless - a non-gendered/all-gender inclusive strength competition.
Through Newman Sport Psychology, Han supports anyone looking to improve their mindset in relation to sport and/or physical activity. This ranges from those who would describe themselves as inactive and looking to increase their physical activity to those involved in competitive sport.
