Stuart's questions were:
1. Men can generally be quite closed off when it comes to managing their emotions. If somebody wanted to start opening up, what would you recommend to help them go about it?
2. When you are having a hard time, one of the things you can struggle with is not wanting to burden your partner and shoulder the weight yourself. Do you have any tips to get around that?
3. Social Media can be a minefield on managing your emotions. Do you have any tips on how people can manage that?
4. Negative self-talk is often a problem for people and that can drive your emotions. What is the best way to deal with that and how can you try and make a more positive internal dialogue?
5. Loneliness is a big problem. We are more connected more than ever but people feel more alone. Have you got any suggestions on how people can manage it?

After losing his best friend Dan, Stuart set out on a year of challenges to test himself and to raise awareness and some money for mental health causes. It was a success and to build on it he set up a Charitable Foundation in his memory.
