Luke Freeman is a principal at Purpose & Performance Group, a performance development agency that transforms business by helping leaders clarify and operationalize purpose. Before consulting, Luke spent over a decade doing leadership development, strategy, and culture work at non-profits. Luke has a master's degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma. He and his partner have three sons and live in Tulsa, OK.
