I did my workout this morning and began a blasting session when a few words came into my mind.
Muscle memory.
Our bodies were created to always return to its natural order.
Which got me thinking much deeper per usual 😉
To be able to lose 160 lbs twice within a few years, was a miracle. To have gone from immobile to being physically fit, was a miracle. To have lost the ability to remember or think straight, to a brain that's awakening to full functionality, is a miracle.
There's a gene within us that, when awakened, returns us back to our original state of perfection. It's known as the God gene.
Just like your body can bounce back after an injury, after taking a break from physical activities or because life happened, so too can your genes return to its natural order.
When you begin the process of healing yourself, the God gene becomes awakened. It is a slow process as our bodies retain much sorrow.
Our pain, limitations, fears and so on, are not only within our thoughts or emotions, they reside within our bodies and go as deep as our DNA.
In order to awaken the God gene, a lot of going within oneself must be completed. Going within dissects and omits what is not longer of use or beneficial. Just like layers of onion, we must rid ourselves of the pungent odor.
Time. Patience. Faith. Trust. Love.
Are words that awaken the God gene and will restore you to a more healthier state, a more peaceful state and God's original design of Man.
You were made in God's image. But if you fail to understand that, fail to believe it, and fail to live up to it, you can never experience it.
