Beltane is a celebration that marks the midway point between the spring and summer equinox in the northern hemisphere.
Samhein is the fall and winter festivals. Both bring in celebrations of the seasons.
Beltane comes from the Gaelic word meaning “bright fire”.
It is the union between Earth and Heaven. Or the unions between divine feminine and divine masculine and the Hiero Gamos, the sacred marriage.
