Whether we are speaking in terms of politics, religion, or life in general, CHANGE is here.
Yesterday the Sun entered Aquarius. Aquarius is the waterbarrier and represents CHANGE.
Do you feel as if you're drowning? Are you lacking hope? Are you unable to catch your breath?
The waterbarrier may be to blame.
Change is always present. We either learn to stretch, and grow or we resist and feel the drastic affects. No matter what your idea is around change, it is here.
And it is our responsibility to approach things in an honorable and loving way. Especially within our own lives and those who are tightly connected with us.
Transitioning from one set of ways into another, can leave many feeling disheartened and overwhelmed.
Get centered.
Remember to BREATHE.
Go within.
And remember who YOU ARE.
Keep in mind, change, no matter how it arrives, does so to bring greater experiences along with it. Just because you can't see those greater experiences yet, doesn't mean that it isn't there.
Sometimes, many times, things must completely fall apart in order to come together. A collapse before the reconstruction phase.
If it feels pressing, as if the waters are high and you are drowning, God seeks to change your Heart first before your reality can be changed for the greater good.
If you are unable to see the greatness ahead, it is because you fail to believe in it from within. And that is a heart issue that begins within the mind.
When we aren't flexible within our lives, our breathing can be the first to be affected.
Our thoughts connect us to our heart, to our organs to our body therefore making us move fast or not at all.
Surrender to the Breath. Feel the Divine Flow within. Feel your heartbeat. Control it. Breathe. Expanding your lungs. Surrender to change that is already here by controlling your breath. It's your Power.
There's nothing to fear. You are in control of your own life. Stay centered in Love. Breathe.
