We have many layers. I mentioned 4 within this video. However there are more.
The individual that gets through the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, is the individual that realizes themself.
Just like there are an infinite amount of chakras, there are more than the main 4 layers.
Please don't allow this to discourage you. Stay present knowing that, as long as you do, you can learn your lessons, clear the bodies, ascend and BEcome free but most importantly one with Spirit.
