Our ascension requires that we grow in Faith and in Love.
Meditation, stillness, going within can help. And, in fact, is a required task.
Through meditation one can learn to still the mind from its overthinking. When the mind can relax, the heart can better understand the burden(s) placed upon it. Therefore heal itself of its past. Freeing itself from pain, suffering, limitations, and karmic debt.
Stillness of the mind doesn't mean that thoughts won't appear. It means that those thoughts, especially negative ones, won't suppress higher intelligence and awareness from coming through and being understood.
If you are on the path to increasing your inner vision (spiritual eyesight), you must learn to use them. Observe what you see. Remove fear. Learn from your own reactions. See without responding. Test yourself. Ask questions and trust what you are being given.
Things may not make sense and some things may trigger fear and doubt. Let it be as much as you can without giving it too much thought or emotion.
Love is always the question and answer. If what you think and feel doesn't resemble Love, omit it.
As you increase in faith and in Love, your communication with Spirit will grow. As you continuously grow, all of your senses will be tested for strength.
You can get to a point of continuous Spirit to Self connection.
