Don't trust the mind when it puts you into doubt, confusion, fear, etc... Don't overcomplicate things or think too much. The ego is tricky. It lies. Yet the ego can be your greatest friend when you are able to catch it talking too much and taking you off the right path. A mind that overthinks, can't see the road head clearly. Settle it down and stay centered within the heart.
