Another First on the no Outlet Podcast...the First Fitness Coach ever on the show and what an amazing conversation we had. This woman has done so many things with so many more to go! We talked about dating European Soccer players, the stupidity of extreme dieting, the bullshit wage gap between males and females, the power of female business owners, the joys of moving, being crazy enough to want to run a 50 mile race, non traditional high schools and why Alcohol is better than Sushi. My only regret is that I did not make her do her pushups at the end but I am certain that she was sandbagging her number and could have ripped them off no problem.
