Another first on the No Outlet Podcast! It's late September and that means it's almost time for sober October! This is our pre-game show and I could not have asked for a better group to be on the show! Everyone lays out what sober October means to them and what modifications to their life they are going to incorporate into their lives for 30 days. It's a wide assortment including the classic no alcohol or cannabis with workouts playing a big part as well. Mix in cutting out dairy, devil peanut butter or coffee...Everyone has a unique approach and that is what makes this exercise so enjoyable.
