Join hosts Gabbie Munn (Youth Minister at Calvary Episcopal Church) and Carter Webster (Minister to Youth at Church of the Holy Communion) for a conversation with Jerrod Gunter, Next Generation Pastor at New Direction Christian Church. Jerrod has been a youth pastor in Hickory Hill for over a decade. For the last few years he’s been leading a nationwide movement called RiotStarter, which engages teens to be agents of change in their community. In the last year he has traveled all over the country, speaking to thousands of teens and college students as a keynote speaker at major youth/young adult conferences. While his work is explicitly Christian, the topics he tackles with young folks, (self esteem, bullying, social change agents) and the artists he engages along the way are not.
