I don't tell this story to boast (although it's totally fun to talk about our accomplishments 😃) - I tell this story to illustrate how powerful our minds are.
90% of the reason I won this race is because of what was going on in my mind. This was the first time in my life that I was able to clearly see how much my thoughts matter.
It's not easy to become the master of your mind. It's quite difficult actually! I'm not here to sugarcoat the journey you will take if you desire this power. However, everything is simpler in life when you've become the master of your mind.
