We are also seeing a large reliance on Reviews for Local Search Engine rankings. Google is favouring those who receive more reviews!
Also the visual component on a local Search Engine. The more reviews, the more “Real Estate” on the page you take up!
We ALWAYS recommend implementing a customer review strategy.
We’ve heard of barber shops offering free beers for a Google Review. Or Free socks with every review. Now that may be a bit far or is it??
