Devan is a self-worth coach for high achieving women, strength based trainer, motivational speaker and writer. She is also the creator and host of an annual Self Discovery Summit happening each fall. She has been married to an active duty soldier in the army for 7 years, but they have been together for over 10 years now! Her business is called Developing with Devan and was founded in 2020 after she noticed a pattern of toxic work environments and relationships specifically for the women around me. I plan to change those patterns by helping women unapologetically own their self worth.
