Being a fan of the science of coaching since he can remember, it was obvious once he got the opportunity he was never going to turn back. Starting in at Washburn middle, Dillion laid a foundation and improved quickly, receiving a job @ Easton HS where success was the only thing he saw. After taking a complete rebuild offer in Houlton in Class B, a heart break season led to a year in officiating and soon another head coaching job in Mars Hill.
