Description

Anxiety is not something to be feared. It enabled us to survive and evolve over 100s of 1000s of years. But it has a downside, because we tend to "futurise" - to ask endless "what-if" questions. Anxiety comes with a physiological reaction, which forms the basis of our fight or flight response. And prolonged anxiety has some serious health implications.
