Description

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to coping with anxiety. But it always starts with acceptance and with the recognition that anxiety is an inside-out phenomenon, like all of our experience. Learning to accept that you are anxious and that like most other people you might fear the anxiety or judge yourself for being anxious is a good place to start. Ultimately though no emotion will leave town until you have allowed it to pass through you and make itself known.
