Description

Ep 8: Let's get physical.   This week we're talking to Gabrielle from @g.lorri_fitness Gab is a midwife and personal trainer,  specialising in exercise in the antenatal period.  We're talking fitness, exercise, the benefits in pregnancy and labour and our love for @spinning babies.

In case anyone is interested in the studies Gab mentions in regards to mental health and exercise I'll reference them below.... I'm not sure if these are the exact studies that Gab read herself but these are the ones I could find.
