In this ep we're chatting with Jess queer midwife, researcher and childbirth educator. Jess talks about her own birth experience and her work with queer and trans families. We're looking at our experiences as midwives, what can we do to be allies, the language we're using, how we treat partners - are we inadvertently not being allies? Everyone regardless of gender/how they identify deserves a safe space to birth.
