As the year 2021 comes to an end, startups and those thinking of starting out have heard a particular word from most of our guests on the show. The word CONSISTENCY is very important in our work or personal lives. 

Small consistent actions lead to big rewards. Consistency is deep in business practice and it can have a real impact on how your businesses grow.

You will need a strategy that’s designed to generate recurring revenue and consistent growth through the right, consistent actions.

1. DO MORE…move from the I want to do to actually doing them. You may fail or it may not go as you plan but by all means, DO. Practice they say makes perfect but it is not just the amount of time you spend practicing that matters,  it is effective practice that matters. What is an effective practice, it is consistent intensely focused content that lies at the edge of your current ability.
2. LEARN MORE- Learning doesn’t have to be in a traditional space, you can learn on your device, learn on YOUTUBE or come to the Roothub and select any of our courses
3. SHARE- join a community, to learn and share
4. MEASURE- Knowing where to make an adjustment and documenting where you are, leads you to make more projections, pushing you closer and closer to your goals
5. BREAK GOALS INTO SMALL BITS
6. BREAK OLD HABITS - You may find it a struggle to finish that online course, the same old excuse about having no time or work killing you but I know you can. How, break old habits- remove those movies that tend to distract you once you start watching the tutorial from your device. 
7. START NEW HABITS - if you are an early riser, commit to doing something just before you start your day, if you sleep late, try a new habit like reading a few articles on medium before you sleep.

So you can say all of these are easier said than done, but let’s look at this show, there are 53 Fridays in 2021, today is the 50th edition that means I missed 3 shows. When the year began, I did not say I want to do all episodes for the year, I said to myself, I will take it Friday by Friday. Once an episode finishes, I start working on the next one. You might say you do not like to read because after a few pages you get bored and sleepy but commit to reading just one word, after one word 2 words, a sentence, a paragraph, a page, a chapter, 3 chapters, several more chapters and finally you will see that you had read a book.
