In recognition of the anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing on July 20th, we’re re-visiting a conversation with Sandra Tetley, the historic preservation officer for Johnson Space Center and members of her team about the restoration of Mission Control. At the time, Sandra, along with David Buchec and Adam Graves and an entire team of preservationists were working diligently to finish the restoration in time for 50th anniversary celebrations in 2019.
