Hey, folks! After a vacation week in Salt Lake City, we welcome back Zack, our friend and co-host of the podcast. When he left, he had ambition and excitement and 206 intact bones. This week he returns to us with a full heart, stories, and 2 fewer intact bones. While away, Zack decided to test the durability of his shin bones in epic fashion: skiing downhill and windmill kicking a ski lift pole. He may have broken his shin completely in half, but you should see the other guy...it was the crack heard 'round the world. But he's back, whole (mostly) and ready to get moving again! That's not all that happened in SLC though: Zack met up and worked out with famed fitness juggernaut, Dan John. Now, Dan has been coaching clients and athletes of all ages and abilities for decades. For all the instagram/internet trainers out there: he's a dinosaur. He was making a name for himself in the fitness world before most of us were born. You could say his exercise principles are written on stone, and they equally stand the test of time. Dan has written books, spoken at seminars, and has made a well-deserved name for himself in the industry. Zack and I both are fanboys, and Zack got to work out with Dan, shoot the shit, and learn a few things. All this and more on this week's episode. Enjoy!
