At the beginning of the year everyone constantly talks about resolutions. I don't really like resolutions because they are setting you up to fail versus creating life goals. Life goals help you find ways to create lifestyle changes for long-term opposed to an arbitrary resolution that is made up with no way to track or measure the success. Goals on the other hand have plans that are attached to actions.
