Melissa Márquez is a shark scientist, science communicator, tv presenter, and author. Kristen has a conversation with Melissa about her PhD where she is exploring shark conservation and human perceptions of sharks. They also talk about her becoming an author and her unlikely path to her book series, “Wild Survival”.
