Description

Learning how to sit with uncomfortable emotions (as a highly sensitive intuitive empath) and NOT respond has been challenging. But rewarding. I am learning to master the skill of finding inner peace, inner balance by choosing to not let my emotions rule my actions. But rather choose to let my body be still and sit with it until the emotion passes and I am at a peaceful grounded more mindful state to take action. Love yourself enough to pause. Love yourself enough to know you are whole right now, as you are.
