We begin a new segment in our Get Real With Rick Dancer line up. These are conversations with people I met, run into or find as I journey through life. Most of you know I'm pretty open to all kinds of people and not afraid to put myself out there. My hope is this will inspire you to do the same. What we need in the world is more deep-dive relationships. Surface conversation no longer appeals to many of us so let's move beyond that. I hope you enjoy this.
