In this episode, I explain how we are deeply connected to the consciousness of our family, ancestral and tribal unit. Unconsciously we carry the strength, beliefs, superstitions, fears, attitudes and perceptions; we carry all of this in our cells, our DNA, in our body and in our energy center. Due to strong energetic entanglement or interconnectedness we also take on energetically the effects of disease and illness.
This energetic phenomena helps to explain why certain diseases are activated by generational trauma and ancestral, family & tribal issues. Energy medicine is a therapeutic practice that can get to the root and release unconscious energies that may predispose us to certain illnesses and diseases related to collected consciousness.
