Description

In this episode, Matt shares some lessons about shame and vulnerability from the works of Brené Brown of Rising Strong and Daring Greatly fame. When you are at the bottom, shame loves to pile on. You stop venturing out. You stop sharing of yourself. You definitely stop taking chances. Shame makes to live small. By letting your mess, your condition, your "ugly" out into the open, you take away its power and, thus, take away the reason for your shame.
