Happy Monday sometimes you must learn to take care of yourself in order to take care of others. In a world where people say you are selfish for trying to make sure that your mental, spiritual and physical are doing well. Here are just a few affirmations to help you throughout your day and week. My goal is to give share some of the affirmations that help me in my daily life. Im someone who has struggled with depression most of my life and bouts of Anxiety (after my brain surgery).
