We had been upstairs at meet-and-greet just prior and unable to talk with him, Koei Tanaka asked him if he could sit in - he said no. After we played Keith came up to me as we came off the bandstand and said "That was quite funky, I'm not real happy about going on after that." I said, oh c'mon Keith, you're the greatest! I didn't know what he was going through, sadly he took his life March 11, 2016 RIP Keith! Bernard Purdie on the drums, got up and did a little dance he was having so much fun, Joe Berger playing his custom JJ Guitars model guitar - and yours truly Jon Hammond at the B3 Portable organ.
