I am just getting over being sick, and it prompted a larger discussion of what rest looks like and how we as a society perceive taking care of one's health and wellness. I use my situation as a vehicle to explore specifically the work/life balance culture that comes with being a creative while also acknowledging what kind of work I need to continue to do to continue to improve.
