I'm sure many of us have heard of chakras, especially in regards to the Ajna Chakra, a.k.a. the Third Eye. The sixth chakra seems to be the most popular in the Spiritual and New Age Community since it deals with our intuition and our ability to see beyond what we can with just our physical eyes. However, what exactly are chakras? How many are there? And how can they help us in terms of our spiritual growth and/or work?
