If you want different outcome, change the way you do things, behavioural changes only comes when:
• You are specific on the behaviours you want to change and WHY, saying to meet cGMP is not specific
• We understand why our operators are continually performing these behaviours
• Operators are part of the solution not the problem
• You stop using CAPA’s as Punishment and the only solution.
