Welcome back Boo Crew! This week we’re headed back to South Carolina for a tale about the Boo Hag! Pressure on your chest while sleeping? Always exhausted? Maybe leave a few brooms inside and just outside of your room one night. You may just wake up to see a Boo Hag in the corner counting bristles! This tale comes to us from the Gullah culture and it is a wild one. As for our dish, I made Sweet Potato Tex-Mex Salad! This is an easy and tasty cold dish that takes minimal time to throw together, but is also beautiful and super healthy.
