Welcome back, Boo Crew! In this episode I’m taking us on a journey to Prague, to visit the Houska Castle. Why was a castle built in the middle of nowhere, in a very unforgiving environment? Why were the castle’s defenses seemingly geared towards keeping something in, rather than enemies out? We’ll find out! As for our dish, Bree made Chickpea Gnocchi Soup . Sweet potato gnocchi, an abundance of veggies and a delicious broth come together to make your tastebuds sing. As a side note though, make sure you eat it warm.
