2 Tbsp butter
1 small head green cabbage ( chopped into bite sized pieces
1 lb kielbasa (diced into coins)
1 white onion (diced)
1 package egg noodles or as much rice as you desire
Melt the butter into a pan and on low heat, caramelize the onions and cabbage. Push vegetables to the side when they have reached the caramel color and are soft and place the kielbasa coins in the center to cook. Incorporate both meat and vegetables when the kielbasa is cooked. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
