John Maxwell said on his podcast "Yes we need to have goals, but we also need a growth mindset."
We always do this goal mindset and once we're done doing that goal we stop.
I think we need what we need to do, according to John Maxwell, is to have a growth mindset.
And that's what happens to us, whether you're a therapist or caregiver or nurse or medical rep at the Philippines back home, what I did before is I hit that goal and I stopped.
When I pass the board exam 1999 for the Physical Therapy Board Exam, I stopped reading books. And that made me stagnant.
But if you do a growth mindset, you're going to keep on growing, you're going to keep moving forward and being the best that you can be. Not only for yourself but also for your friends and family and for the people that surround you.
