Sobriety Equals to Freedom

Think about all those things that you haven't been doing. If you are planning or thinking about quitting alcohol, ask yourself a question to motivate you even more:At the end of your life, would you want to think that alcohol kept you from experiencing life to the fullest?

8:45

Own your sobriety. After being in the grips of alcohol for so long, this sober time is a real blessing for Erin because she can see what the other side of her can do and achieve.

9:59

You just have to truly decide that you want to quit drinking and start your sobriety journey. You wouldn’t want to go through your whole life limiting yourself.
