Erin Frame talks about her journey to sober fierce. She’s still looking to find that sober fierce that she's trying to take that new persona or that persona that she comes up within her head on who she wants to be. It's hard to be fierce if you're insecure. That's why Erin is going to just have herself talk about the things that she does that you can do as well.

Erin is an early riser. She tends to text at five in the morning. Fo Erin, one of the greatest ways to start your day is with a smoothie.

Erin has a planner called the law of attraction planner. This was a great recommendation from Carol Kruth, who is her trainer at fit body boot camp. As Erin sits down, if she has things racing through her head, she does her best to take that and put it on paper so that can be gone before she starts some other parts of her morning routine.

Erin has one where she’s manifesting what she sees herself doing in the future. It's really important for people to find some time in the morning because if you don't take care of yourself, you can't take care of anybody else.

The healthier you can make this body both physically and mentally, that's what's really going to carry you on.
