It's that time of the year again - Time for the nominations and inductees into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Unfortunately, over the years, the whole process has become twisted.
No longer is it just "Rock" music, but over the years they have allowed Pop, hip-Hop and Rap performers to be included as well, even though they have no place being considered on the same level as Rock music.
Even Billboard, which is used by radio station to make up the top 100 lists, has Pop, Hip-Hop and Rap in their own categories -- So why doesn't the Music Industry? Why not a separate Hall of Fame for Hip-Hop and Rap, and the same thing with Pop.
I'm sorry, but you can never place someone like Taylor Swift on the same level as KISS.
And speaking of KISS -- How many years did they get overlooked before making it in? The people behind the nomination have been getting their list wrong for years. And then they started including people that are not only not considered "Rock", but are far from anything that is even played on major radio networks -- Like Island Music and African Music, etc.
What the hell is wrong with these people? Branch off and have a Hall of Fame for these other categories of music.
