In this episode we discuss:

Dr. Kiltz is the founder, director, and practicing physician at CNY Fertility. He is a previous clinical faculty member at UCSF Medical School and a current clinical faculty member at University of Syracuse Medical School.

Dr. Kiltz believes that optimal human nutrition is obtained from eating a carnivore diet centered around fatty animal foods. Eating this way provides optimal nutrition while avoiding unhealthy carbohydrates, vegetable oils, and plant toxins. Ideally, this is combined with intermittent feasting, eating one meal a day (OMAD).

This has inspired him to share how eating the B.E.B.B.I.S. diet and evolving one's lifestyle habits can vastly improve fertility and overall health through his keto carnivore support community,  Kiltzs Mighty Tribe.

Dr. Kiltz has a prolific blog in the keto carnivore space and has published several different books on a variety of topics including his most recent cookbook collaboration with Maria Emmerich, the Keto for Fertility Cookbook.  He also launched his own line of grass-fed, pasture-raised, nutritional supplements, Doctor Kiltz Nutritional Solutions.

Dr. Kiltz hosts an interview series, Carnivore Conversations, which is broadcast on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and all major podcast platforms.  Carnivore Conversations is a radical and enlightening examination of how the keto/carnivore diet can help to improve a wide range of complex health and environmental issues contributed to by the Standard American Diet (SAD).

In addition to his own media channels, Dr. Kiltz appears regularly on numerous popular blogs like DietDoctor.com and social media outlets, has shared his views as a speaker at TEDx, and is a frequent speaker at fertility and dietary conferences.
