Democrat Representative Steve Cohen (TN), claims that 75% of the military is a national security threat and should have their loyalty tested to ensure the "safety" of elected officials. Steve Cohen may not understand that military personnel take an oath to the constitution of the United States and not to a person; and that leaders don't require loyalty tests, only dictators.
