This weeks show is truly a breath of fresh air….probably my favorite we’ve done so far!
Starting off with a bang we dive head first into my own worry’s about the state of the world today.
Co-host Tony Macasaet and our guest Carrie Branovan then chime in with real time tangible tools and solutions to help us get away from technology, out of our heads, and into our bodies!
We have become so polarized…How did we get here?
How can we find peace in a world at war with itself?
How do we deal with the anxieties of our modern day life?
If you are stressed out at all about the world right now or have "election fatigue" please listen in!
In the first part of the show we review the popular documentary “The Social Dilemma” discussing it’s effect upon the world and how to deal with it.
Then we go deeper into the topic of trauma and the role that collective trauma is playing in creating our experience collectively as a society right now.
And then finally we send it to our guest Carrie Branovan who delivers some pretty amazing medicine for the community.
Movement is a fantastic way to drop into our bodies, feel our emotions, and let go of stress.
Sometimes we just got to shake it out!
I am truly excited to bring this medicine to you at this time!
Stay tuned til the end for 10 minutes of sublime dance therapy bliss
And then, I invite you to take a powerful oath with me.

Testimonials:
“…I heard the first two episodes of “Conscious Bro” this weekend and I was blown away! Great show! Really fantastic. It’s exciting to hear two guys in Viroqua talking about the things I think about and read about everyday. Usually the only time I hear conversations like the ones on your show is when I listen to podcasts made in Los Angeles or some other far off place.”
“…wish you were on more frequently I messaged the station, but did not hear back. I truly believe it's a time sensitive message for some to hear about.”
